Booking Information


A signed contract and a $250.00 deposit is required in order to reserve a Cheftenny chocolate fountain

Balance of payment is due no later than Five (5) days prior to the date of the event

Deposit is non-refundable

Additional charges may apply for delivery outside of 30 miles radius delivery area.




Additional Chocolate price $30.00 per five (5) pounds

Additional time per attendant is $25.00 per ½ hour

Additional charges may apply for delivery outside of 30 mile radius delivery area

Dipping items are $2.50 per person and include the following six (6) items:

Strawberries * Bananas * Marshmallows * Rice Krispie Bars * Pretzels * Melon

Additional Items Cost 0.25 per item-per-person


Client to provide two table cloths and table for Cheftenny Chocolate Fountain.







Tennyson Sobers Catering is a full service, party-planning organization. We will plan and execute all details of your event, from finding a venue to planning the menu. We will supervise your event from beginning to end.


In addition to our menu guide, recipes and menus can be customized so that they meet requirements for special diets. Tennyson Sobers Catering accommodates request for Kosher Items by working with an independent Philadelphia Kosher Caterer.


Catering orders may be placed Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 6:00pm. Some items may require 24 hours notice, please place orders as early as possible. Cancellation of less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge to recover food cost and labor.


Waitstaff, Chefs & Rentals


Tennyson Sobers Catering can provide, upon request, Professional Wait Staff and Chefs.Waiters and Bartenders are attired in Tuxedos. Chefs are attired in Checkered Pants, Chef’s Coats and Toques. Additionally, we can provide you with all needed rental equiptment, tablecloths, china, linen etc.






Applicant authorizes Tennyson Sobers Catering to charge the credit card supplied herein for all balances not paid in full within 14 days of invoice. Applicant is responsible for

Informing Tennyson Sobers Catering should any individual identify as an authorized signatory ceases to have such authority. In connection with foregoing, applicant agrees to pay for all charges incurred on the account by authorized signature. Authorized, personnel on the account may only sign invoices.


Catering prices are subject to 6% PA. Sales tax and 10 % Delivery Charge. We encourage and accept applications for Corporate Accounts, backed by a major credit card. Payment may be made by credit card, company check or cash.
